House owner makes report on loss of items worth RM40,000

Kuching: A 47-year-old jobless woman from Bampfylde Heights lodged a report that at about 12.15 pm on Thursday, that when she and her husband and an estate agent went to see her house at Park Lane which was put up for sale, she was shocked to find the house in a mess.

She said gone were the window frames, the walls, cables in the houses, auto gate, photocopy machine and fax machine. Total loss was over RM40,000.

In another case, a  housewife, aged 35, from Taman Desa Pedanan, Selangor lodged a police report on Thursday that his relative’s handphone placed in the house at Jalan Pinang Jawa was stolen.

She said the phone cost RM1,130.

And at a petrol station at Green Road, a staff lodged a report that on Thursday morning at about 5.30 am, he found that five aluminium doors left in the store room were stolen.

He said the value of the missing items is RM4,300.
