KUCHING: A popular housing estate in Petrajaya, Samariang Aman 3 (SA3), will open its new showhouse on Saturday (May 25).
Hock Seng Lee said it has transformed Rumah Flora from a large single-storey semi-detached house into a beautiful showhouse.
“With a land size of 294 sq m and an interior space of 1,260 sq ft, the showhouse boasts plenty of landscaped areas, cross ventilation, natural lighting, outdoor deck, home office, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
“It also maximises the best features of SA3’s signature high ceilings with custom cabinetry and striking artworks for decoration,” it said in a statement.
HSL added that the opening of Rumah Flora signifies a continuation of SA3’s progress.
“We are as happy as the homeowners as we have been busy finishing off work for the early buyers of SA3.
“We are glad to be readying to hand over the keys and we must thank all homeowners for their patience as Covid-19 caused delays that affected the whole industry,” HSL said.
The company said SA3 is on a 310-acre site in total, which will have at last 3,100 landed houses.
