KUCHING: The Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (IKM) Sarawak will hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 18 March at Imperial Hotel here to elect new office bearers for 2017/2018.
The programme will start at 9.30 am with registration, followed by refreshment and fellowship.
A talk on polymer chemistry “Dynamic materials based on cucurbit[n]uril host-guestinteractions”will be deliveredby Dr. Cindy Tan Soo Yun, aPh.D. graduate from Cambridge University and also a lecturer from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) at 10 am.
The AGM will start at 11.00 am followed by high tea.
All IKM members and chemists are welcome to join the event to meet up with each other and maintain closer rapport among themselves.
An IKM door gift will be given free to all IKM members who have confirmed their participation.

The Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (IKM) is a professional statutory organisation incorporated under the Chemists Act 1975 under the jurisdiction Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
