KOTA SAMARAHAN: Members of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Stakan branch are urged to maintain high discipline and strong unity.
PBB vice president Datuk Julaihi Narawi said PBB has a strong base and a history to be proud of.
“It unites bumiputeras in Sarawak and is the backbone of the state government.
“When we unite, we become strong. This was proven by our victories during past state elections. During the last state election, we won 100 percent of our 47 seats and obtained good voting numbers,” he said during PBB Stakan branch meeting at Kota Samarahan Civic Centre here, yesterday.
“With high discipline, we get respect. So, I urge that we maintain it for good relations and unity among us,” he said.
He said PBB also plays important roles in ensuring more and better development in Sarawak.
“We help the state government to identify and make sure that every development gets implemented in Sarawak especially infrastructure development,” he said.
Also present at the event were Kota Samarahan MP, Datuk Rubiah Wang and Stakan assemblyman Datuk Hamzah Brahim.
