MUKAH: An Independence Day event will be held at Kampung Petanak here tomorrow night (18 Aug).
Called ‘Mukah Parliament 1Malaysia Community (K1M) Malam Simfoni Kasih’, the venue is the village community hall about five minutes’ drive from Mukah Town Centre.
Director of State Information Department Abang Sardon B Abang Hashim is expected to officiate at the function which is organised by Mukah District Information Office.
Among the activities for the night to be attended by members of K1Ms from Dalat, Mukah and Balingian are dinner and stage performances.
