MIRI: Interhill Group managing director Datuk Hu Chang Pee @ Hii Chang Pee passed away Monday night.
He was 85 years old.
The news about his passing was shared by his daughter, Alice Hii on her Facebook page on the same night.
“It is with a heavy heart that our family announces that our father, Datuk Hu Chang Pee, was called home to the Lord tonight.”
“Our father asked to be baptised in February and now finally rests in peace in our Heavenly Father’s embrace,” Alice said in her posting in Facebook.
Friends and family are invited to pay their last respects at his residence at Tanjung Lobang on Wednesday (today) 15 March at 1.30pm.
Chang Pee is survived by wife Datin Lau Ngok Yun, son Albert Hu Yun Chai, four daughters namely Rogina, Alice, Rose, Anny and grandchildren.
