KUCHING: Interhill Property has secured a prestigious accolade at The Edge Malaysia Best Managed and Sustainable Property Awards 2024.

According to a press release issued today (July 17), the company won in the Strata Mixed Development category for properties under ten years old, recognising its standout project, Urban Residences here.

Urban Residences, situated in the heart of Kuching, includes 132 residential suites, 4 penthouses, and 14 lifestyle retail units. It is celebrated for its luxurious amenities and services, including the first concierge service in such developments in Sarawak, and an 8-tier security system designed to ensure residents’ safety.

Interhill Property’s general manager, Chin Kok Onn, said property management is crucial for any strata development.
