Isuzu D-Max owners go overland for M’sia Day

SIBU: Isuzu D-Max owners in Sibu proudly showcased their patriotic spirit by joining the Isuzu Merdeka Convoy, which was part of the Malaysia Day 2024 celebrations here today (Sept 16).

A total of 41 Isuzu D-Max vehicles, carrying 150 participants, embarked on a 40km convoy from the new Isuzu Sibu KM Mobil showroom at Lorong Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce.

The convoy paraded through Sibu, eventually arriving at Sibu Town Square, drawing attention with its impressive fleet of gleaming D-Max trucks.

The event kicked off with a gathering at the showroom, followed by a briefing from KM Mobil’s Regional Manager Kenn Tan, and a safety briefing by a Royal Malaysian Police PDRM) representative.

After a group photo session, the convoy was flagged off at 9.30 am by Tan and Isuzu Malaysia’s Vehicle Sales Manager, Andrew Law.

The day concluded with a celebratory meal at RH Hotel, where participants enjoyed a variety of fun games.

It was a memorable day for the owners, who bonded over their shared passion and walked away with great prizes.
