KUCHING: JA Signature perfume has finally made its debut in Sarawak and is now calling for entrepreneurs to join the business.
According to JA Signature Resources founder Jabidah Astor, the perfume sales were overwhelming and well received among Sarawakians which sparked her interest in expanding her business to the state.
“We welcome individuals, especially housewives to make side income through this perfume business,” she said at the High Tea with JA Signature Entrepreneurs organised by JA Signature Resources at Pullman hotel here yesterday.
According to Jabidah, JA Signature perfume was founded in October last year and is currently located in Shah Alam.
Sabahan Jabidah confessed from day one she believed her business could grow by migrating to Kuala Lumpur, which she did and never regretted.
“I am looking at the global market,” she said, adding ,however, she was currently expanding her business throughout Malaysia.
“After Kuching, my next stop will be in Terengganu. After that, we will be looking at the possibility of coming back to Sarawak, specifically Bintulu and Miri,” she stated.
Four new perfume products with bidara extracts were showcased during the event namely, Gucci Flora inspired by Gucci For Her, La Vie Est Belle Lancome For Her, Savauge Inspired by Christian Dior For Him and Eternity Inspired by Calvin Klein For Him. All four products are packaged in 20ml bottle.
According to Jabidah, 2,500 units of the new products have were sold within two hours of their launch in Sabah.
She also mentioned that the company was going to launch a new Romantic Set for Raya Perfume on May 5.
