SIBU: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Mandarin Sibu recently held a special workshop called ‘JCI Discover’ for its new members.
The purpose of this workshop is to teach the new members about the values and mission of JCI, which is a global organisation focused on developing young leaders aged 18 to 40.
JCI Mandarin Sibu president Boston Ho said ‘JCI Discover’ is an essential course created by JCI World. It covers important topics such as JCI Creed, JCI Mission, and JCI Vision.
The course also guides members on how to organise projects using the Active Citizen Framework and aligning them with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
After completing the course, all participants take a test provided by JCI World.
JCI Mandarin Sibu welcomes all individuals aged between 18 to 40 from the public who want to develop themselves in various aspects and expand their network.
