SERIAN: More than 1,000 vacancies are offered to job seekers at the Job Fair @ Serian Sarawak 2018 Programme to be held at SJK Chung Hua here from 8am to 5pm this Saturday.
On the same day, the JobFair @ UTC 4.0 year 2018 programme will also be held simultaneously throughout Malaysia.
Among activities that will take place during the programme include open interviews, job seekers registration online at the JobsMalaysia portal, career talks, exhibitions and labour advisory services.
This career carnival is aimed at helping job seekers to get jobs and employers can also locate suitable local candidates during the programme.
Employers will have an open interview session during the programme for potential candidates to fill vacancies offered by the various companies.
This programme is open to the public and admission is free.
Job seekers comprising SPM holders, holders of Skills Certificate, Diploma and Degree holders as well as those who wish to improve their careers are welcome to attend the event.
Job seekers are urged to dress properly and neatly and to bring along their resumes and copies of the relevant certificates during the interview.
