MIRI: A 20-year-old unemployed man sustained injuries on his head after he was attacked with a motorcycle helmet on Friday night (April 30).
The incident happened inside the man’s rented room in a shophouse at Morsjaya Riam around 8pm.
Police picked up a suspect at a house at Taman Dashing here on Saturday around 8.30pm after a report was lodged.
The suspect was believed to have attacked the victim because his RM100 had gone missing.
The case is being investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code.
