He secured a decisive knockout victory over his 28-year-old opponent in the ONE Championship flyweight match held in Denver, US where his mother hails from.
“It feels good, it feels amazing,” Jojo expressed.
“First of all, I would like to say alhamdulilah. God has given me everything.”
Reflecting on his journey, he added, “To be honest, if you had asked me 4-5 years ago if I would be in the position I am today, I would say yes, definitely. I put in so much hard work, consistency, and literally blood, sweat, and tears.”
