KAPIT: The second phase of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme for Kapit district begun today (Apr 23) and is scheduled to be held for five days until April 27 at Dewan Sri Baleh.

A total of 510 recipients from the elderly group will be administered the Pfizer vaccine.

In line with the planned schedule of the immunisation programme, all recipients in this phase are senior citizens.

In order to ensure the success of the vaccination process, Kapit District Health Office (PKB Kapit) also reminded the recipients of the vaccine on their appointment via telephone apart from allowing them to check via the MySejahtera application.

The announcement of the second phase of the programme was also carried out by RTM Kapit and the Kapit District Information Office.

At the same time PKB Kapit also reminded those who had received their vaccination appointment to be present at the stated time and bring together their identification card, health card or medications that were taken for further assessment by the health personnel.
