KUCHING: Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr James Jemut Masing said 2,762 doses were administered per day over the period of 34 days of the vaccination outreach programme in Kapit division.
“The Department of Statistics Malaysia Sarawak said 58,531 out of 93,900 eligible individuals in Kapit have already received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
“We are proud to announce that 62.65 percent have already received their first dose of the vaccine,” said the Baleh assemblyman.
He added that from the start of the mobile outreach vaccination programme from July 14 to last Saturday (July 17), the division has administered an average of 2,762 doses a day.
