KUCHING: One of the karaoke and entertainment outlets, K11 at ST3 Commercial Complex, will be temporarily closed after Covid-19 positive cases had visited the premises.

K11 Management Sdn Bhd said based on the outlet reservation record, Cases 1,118, 1,119 and 1,131 visited the K11 ST3 outlet on Dec 27 (Saturday) from 2.40pm to 6pm and were in room number 316.

The management said, in a statement on Monday (Jan 4), all of its related employees would be taking the Covid-19 swab test. Deep cleaning, sanitising and disinfection activities would also be carried out.

“Therefore, our ST3 outlet will be temporarily closed until the employees’ test results are out,” it said.

It also assured that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlined by Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) were strictly complied with in the best interest of its staff and customers in its daily operations.

“Hereby, we are ready and willing to work closely with the authorities in any contact tracing,” it said.

The management also apologises for any inconvenience caused and wishes all those infected by Covid-19 a full and speedy recovery.

“Through the strength of all, we are able to curb the spread of Covid-19 virus. Stay safe and take care,” it said.
