KUCHING: Greenzone and Hope Place will launch the ‘GREEN x HOPE 512’ charity fundraising event end of this year, marking their third joint effort to address the needs of vulnerable groups in the local community.
According to Hope Place, the symbolism behind ‘GREEN’ lies in Greenzone, signifying nature, ecology, and sustainability, while ‘HOPE’ represents Hope Place, embodying care, support, and an endeavour to enhance lives.
The numbers ‘512’ represents sentiments of love and care.
“This charity event holds significant importance, aiming to protect the environment while also caring for and supporting those in need.
“It injects love and hope throughout Kuching, creating a better tomorrow for everyone,” according to a statement today.
Hope Place’s impactful contributions have already reached over 300 families in Kuching, Samarahan, Serian, and Padawan. Therefore, the ‘GREEN x HOPE 512’ charity event represents a mission to uplift this underserved community.
Greenzone is committed to rewarding its supporters, where they will receive an exclusive limited-edition clothing set, crafted from high-quality microfiber and antibacterial fibre materials, ensuring both style and comfort.
Further enhancing the initiative, Greenzone has partnered with entities like Wushiland, Abba Paradise, Mom’s the Boss, Borneo Keranji, and Rainforest to offer a gift pack worth over RM250 in value.
