Despair not, for the best of fights
Can come in times of despair
Angels will appear, when all seems lost
So pay heed to that certain call
When the whisper arises
Rising in the silence
From the deep within
Make the choice to come together
When people are dying, everywhere
For the time is ripe to make a stand
Our common humanity to shine
To shed the shackles of ignorance
And of the distraction
To show our truest potential
One family, united — without any separation
And embrace the gift — of life
No matter how transient, it may seem
For eternity can be found
Within a fraction of a second
Know the power of the Truth — and live by it
It’s Love, that powers the universe
That keeps everything whole
And everything safely intact
Have faith, the Light will send
All the darkness hurriedly away
So despair not and keep the faith
That is a gift for the asking
It is the helping hand
That is extended, in all times of troubles
When angels make their appearance
It different forms — and, happenstance
So always keep the faith
Do not lose hope, and do not despair
And keep on walking in faith
Hand in hand, always forward
Into a new dawn
Into hope and victory
When despair is vanquished
And the best fight, has been done!
