KUCHING: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah ended their two-day working visit to Kuching late yesterday.
The royal couple arrived at the Kuching International Airport (KIA) at 4pm for their flight home to Kuala Lumpur.
At the KIA they were received by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg and wife Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang who saw them board a special flight home.
Also present to see the King and Queen off were Head of State Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud and wife Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Raghad Kurdi Taib as well as several leading state dignitaries.
