KUCHING: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held between Kolej Sunway Kuching and Kaplan Higher Education Academy Singapore at Kolej Sunway Kuching’s campus here on Thursday.
The aim of the MoU was to allow diploma accounting graduates from Kolej Sunway Kuching to pursue their undergraduate degree at Kaplan.
According to Kolej Sunway Kuching CEO Joseph Lim, it is a strategic alliance that will benefit their graduates for quality education.
“It is a broad pathway to allow our students to continue with their undergraduate degree programme.
“Therefore, I thank Kaplan Higher Education Academy Singapore for accepting us as their partner,” said Lim.
Meanwhile, Kaplan Higher Education Academy Singapore International Services & Offshore Development vice president Dave Kuah said he was confident in their partnership with Kolej Sunway Kuching.
“Kolej Sunway Kuching is not a new name to us and we are confident of the quality of education and graduates provided by them.
“We look forward to receiving graduates from Kuching and we promise that we will take care of them,” said Kuah.
Also present during the signing ceremony was Industrial Advisory Board Kolej Sunway Kuching member Datuk Peter Nansian, who also witnessed the signing and exchange of documents between the two parties.
