KUCHING: Kuching OCPD ACP Ahsmon Bajah took a momentary break from his hectic schedule to pay a compassionate visit to Sgt Wan Aziz Wan Dris at his residence here on Thursday (Jan 11).

Sgt Wan Aziz, stationed at the Padungan police station, is currently facing health challenges, particularly related to diabetes and kidney issues, according to the Kuching district police headquarters (IPD).

Despite grappling with his medical condition, Sgt Wan Aziz showed positive signs of improvement in his kidney health. He relies on a wheelchair for mobility due to persistent leg pain.

During the visit, ACP Ahsmon, exemplifying leadership with empathy, not only offered uplifting words of encouragement and moral support but also expressed heartfelt wishes for Sgt Wan Aziz’s speedy recovery.

The purpose of the visit extended beyond individual wellbeing; it also aimed to strengthen the bond between the officer’s family and Kuching IPD.

In a gesture of generosity, ACP Ahsmon extended a token of goodwill to Sgt Wan Aziz, symbolising the unity and support within the police family.
