SARIKEI: The Sarikei Land and Survey Department has granted a three-year Temporary Occupational License (TOL) to the United Chinese Association (UCA), located behind Nyelong Park Sarikei, effective from May 20, 2024, to May 19, 2027.
Sarikei MP and the Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii said he was committed to support the UCA, hoping to facilitate the transfer of the land to the association permanently.
Additionally, Huang had provided space with gravel and asphalt to improve parking and vehicle access, particularly for events at Wisma UCA.
He thanked the department for assistance in approving the TOL.
