SIBU: Lions Club of Sibu Pahlawan (LCSP) has warmly welcomed the early birds of their sisterhood Lions Club of Guangdong Leshan (LCGL) from District 381 upon their arrival at the Sibu airport today.
LCSP president Kong Tze Ling and the board members were on hand to receive the LCGL members led by its president Ding Xiang Kui.
According to Kong, the LCGL members will stay here for five days, in addition to participating in the LCSP’s 25th Installation and Fundraising Banquet to be held at Kingwood Hotel Regalia Ballroom tomorrow (Aug 19) at 6.30 pm.
He said LCSP has also arranged a series of International service activities for its sorority to co-host for the benefit of the people of Sibu and Sarikei.
