BINTULU: The 10th Lions Youth Camp organised by the Kidurong Bintulu Lions Club signifies an important platform for the development of local youth.
The camp aims to provide the necessary tools and knowledge to the participants so that they can become effective future leaders and contribute positively to the communities.
Tanjong Batu assemblyman, Johnny Pang Leong Ming, in his opening speech, praised the dedication of the Lions Club in its efforts to develop the youth.
Pang also encouraged participants to make the most of this experience to reach their full potential and asserted that leadership is all about inspiring others through action.
He hopes the theme of the youth camp “Raise Your Spirit” will motivate participants to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in the communities.
Pang also promised continued support in improving the education, sports, and community engagement activities in Bintulu, and desires to see the participants acquire better leadership skills and build good relationships within the community.
