TELANG USAN: Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau was appreciative of efforts taken by local logging companies within Apoh area who have helped repair the local road especially during this current wet season.
“I am pleased to see that several logging companies in the area have carried out minor repairs especially along the worst parts of their logging tracks,” he said.
According to weather forecast, it’s going to be wet in the coming weeks or months.
“It is expected that the roads will get damaged again and again, so constant repair is required before work on the Long Lama-Long Bedian stretch (Package 1, Long Lama to Temala junction) starts next month,” he said.
“Following my request to logging companies or owners of big trucks not to travel along the main logging road that connect longhouses, especially in Apoh region from Long Lama town, the road is in much better condition,” he said.
