KUCHING: The Lundu district is now a Covid-19 red zone after recording 43 cases of local infections in the last 14 days.
The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) announced this on Monday (June 14), adding that there were now 29 red districts in the state.
The Saratok district has turned yellow after recording 11 cases of local infections in the last 14 days. With that, there are now 98 yellow districts in Sarawak.
The Betong district is now orange because only 38 cases of local infections were reported in the last 14 days.
The Tebedu district is also orange after 23 reported cases of local infections in the last 14 days. With that, the state now has three orange districts.
