KUCHING: The Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (LPKP) Sarawak must ensure that owners of commercial vehicles must have a proper designated place to park their vehicles.
Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap Yau Sin said before permits or licences are issued, the vehicles must be parked at their designated locations when not in use.
“I also hope that LPKP chairman Michael Kong Feng Nian will ensure that LPKP shall enforce and perform their duties and responsibility in an accountable and transparent manner,” he said in his Facebook post after conducting a site visit to the road construction project at the southern part of Kuching International Airport (KIA)
The visit was in response to several complaints regarding the illegal parking of two commercial vehicle trailers.
