Nadzir then knocked on the passenger seat window using his helmet.

When the accused’s former wife stepped out of the car, he immediately got into the car and assaulted the victim with the helmet, hitting and punching him.

The incident occurred because the accused was dissatisfied and accused the victim of being the main reason for the divorce between him and his former wife.

As a result of the incident, the victim suffered bruises to his left and right cheeks, prompting him to file a police report for further action.

The prosecution was conducted by Inspector Prosecutor Merylene Lindan Andrew Mang, while the accused was not represented by a lawyer.
