MIRI: A man was injured after he was believed to have fallen from the first floor of the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) at Jalan Chia Tze Chin here yesterday morning.
In the 11am incident, the 30-year-old victim fell from a height of about four metres which resulted in the victim to injure his head and back.
According to a source, before the incident, the victim was with a few colleagues undergoing maintenance work of air conditioners in the building.
“The victim was said to have slipped before he fell down on the concrete floor,” the source said.
He added that the victim was then taken to Miri Hospital in an ambulance for treatment.
