KUCHING: The Sessions Court here today (May 24) sentenced a 26-year-old man to 10 years in prison and three lashes for raping an 11-year-old girl.
The man pleaded guilty to the charge under Section 376 (2)(e) of the Penal Code, read before Judge Saiful Bahari Adzmi.
The offence occurred in Lundu around 2 pm on May 11.
