JULAU: A man was killed in an accident along Jalan KJD here on Tuesday (July 27).
The State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre said the victim, Richart Ambok, 53, crashed into a construction machinery and was pinned to his seat.
“A distress call was received by the department at 9.50pm and Bintangor firefighters were despatched to the scene to extricate the victim.
“The man was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel,” Bomba said.
The remains of the victim were handed over to the police for further action.
