KUCHING: The Sarawak Manufacturers’ Association (SMA) is set to host the Sarawak Trade Fair 2024.
This landmark event aims to boost business investments and public engagement in Sarawak, showcasing the state’s growing industrial potential.
The fair will be held from Dec 6-8 at the Ang Cheng Ho Multipurpose Hall in Batu Kawa.
Supported by the Ministry of International Trade, Industry and Investment Sarawak and the Padawan Municipal Council, it promises to bring together top industry leaders, innovators, and businesses from across Malaysia.
The Sarawak Trade Fair 2024 will feature over 70 exhibitors from various sectors, including building materials, food and beverage, technology, manufacturing, and finance.
Government agencies offer insights and resources for SMEs and entrepreneurs in Sarawak.
Keynote speakers, including representatives from MITI, MIDA, SDEC, SIRIM, and leading financial institutions, will share their expertise on market trends, incentives, and sustainable practices.
There will also be interactive activities, such as cooking demonstrations, product testing, lucky draws, and innovative equipment showcases.
The fair will be opened by Deputy Premier and Minister of International Trade, Industry and Investment Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hassan.
