BINTANGOR: The Kembara Merdeka Jalur Gemilang 2024 for the Meradong district will take place this coming September 12 at the district officer hall here.
Meradong assemblyman Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing said the programme is being held during the national month of August until September, as it provides valuable platform to inspire patriotism and cultivate a deep love for the country among Malaysian.
He believes this initiative will instil a profound sense of national pride among individuals.
At the event, Meradong District Information officer, Nor Hidayah Ismail, presented a poster of His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim and Her Majesty the Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah to Kuong during the recent Kembara Merdeka Jalur Gemilang 2024 meeting.
