KUCHING: Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister, Tan Sri Dr James Masing thanked the Prime Minister and Chief Minister for having the trust in him and PRS by accepting all of their nominated candidates to contest in the 14th general election.
Masing said, “The ball is on our feet. We need to deliver all the six seats to the Prime Minister. I have made that promise.”
Two nights ago he had sacked his deputy president, Datuk Joseph Entulu Belaun, supreme council member Datuk William Nyallau and three others with immediate effect on April 22 for challenging the party despite being not nominated, thus causing disunity within the party and ridiculing the party publicly.
The other three expelled were Supreme council members Nyempah Sabot, Adriana Chumang and Edward Kurik for co-horting with Entulu and Nyallau to destroy the party’s reputation in an emergency supreme council meeting.
