TV host and radio personality Mat Dan recently decided to refer to a law firm, after what he alleged as a violation of right against him by the landlord of his rental home.
The Malaysian-based British influencer revealed that he had just renovated the house, after moving in with his family in Setia Alam in February in order to be closer to work and the hospital.
“So as soon as I moved in, I did a little ‘renovation’ on the kitchen cabinets, painted the house and installed the air conditioner.
Normally, when we move to a new house, of course we would modify it according to our comfort,” he explained.
“Suddenly, last week, I received a WhatsApp message from the landlord asking me to move out in May. Without giving a solid reason, the real estate agent also did the same.
” Mat Dan stated that the home owner shouldn’t have signed an agreement to lease the house to him for a year if they have decided to sell it. “It’s not just about the cost. It’s tiring to keep moving.
I am not a rich man,” he added.
“My wife is currently pregnant with our third child and may give birth at any time, and now we are being burdened by this issue with the house.”
