MIRI: The Mega Hotel here has successfully collected 45 pints of blood through its blood donation campaign at the hotel lobby on Wednesday.
Its communication manager, Jenny Chen said the blood donation campaign was part of the hotel’s annual corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.
“We managed to collect 45 pints of blood which exceeded our initial target of 30 pints.
“We are pleased with the turn-out as not only the hotel staff who participated but also some guests and members of the public who showed up during the campaign,” she said.
Jenny also said the hotel in collaboration with Pustaka Miri will jointly organise another blood donation campaign on 9 December which would be the 11th to be held this year.
