KUCHING: The Kuching Bodhi Counselling Centre is organising a ‘Mind Your Mind’ mental health awareness fair on Oct 21 and 22 at the East Atrium, Vivacity Megamall here.

This collaborative effort involves key organisations such as Grace Centre, Mental Health Association of Sarawak, SJC Counselling Centre, Dee Hati Centre for Grief, Bereavement, and Trauma, Sarawak General Hospital Psychiatrist Department, and Sentosa Psychiatrist Hospital, Mentari Centre.

According to a statement, the event is aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of mental health while providing valuable insights into the practical aspects of maintaining emotional wellbeing.

“Health is not everything, but without health, there is nothing. In a world where physical health often takes centre stage, the exhibition is setting out to remind us that health is not just about the body but also the mind.”

This two-day exhibition is open to individuals of all ages and will feature a range of activities from 10am to 8pm, including a mental health information hub, an interactive wall fostering the sharing of personal experiences, counselling resources, and engaging games with prizes.
