KUCHING: A total of 96 vendors are taking part at the Metro City Ramadan Bazaar, here.
The bazaar was organised by Persatuan Penjaja Petra Jaya.
Tupong State Assemblyman, Fazruddin Abdul Rahman graced the opening ceremony of the bazaar.
Speaking to reporters after officiating at the bazaar, Fazruddin commended the committee members of association for their hard work and thanked Dato Chong Kia Hoi, Managing Director of CKH Realty Sdn Bhd for providing the venue for the bazaar.
He added that another bazaar (Bazaar Aidilfitri) would be held in the last two weeks of the fasting month.
Fazruddin urged the vendors to keep the bazaar clean at all times as it attracts both locals and tourists to visit the bazaar.
Also present was Area Manager for Central Coldstorage Kuching (CCK) Sdn Bhd, Ayden Phang.
