MIRI: The city’s new police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu paid a courtesy call on Transport Minister Datuk Sri Lee Kim Sim at his office in Kuching yesterday (April 20).
Alexson will be reporting for duty tomorrow (April 21).
Also present were Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Transport Datuk Buckland Bangik.
During the meeting, Lee congratulated Alexson on his appointment as the new Miri police chief.
Alexson was previously the Sarawak Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief and had worked with Lee in his ministry.
