KUCHING: Police have found a missing four-wheel drive belonging to a 53-year-old contractor in a bush in Jalan Buso, Siniawan on Sunday at 3.30pm.
Bau police chief DSP Poge Nyaon said a patrolling officer towed the vehicle to Bau police station.
Upon investigation, they found that it was the same vehicle that was reported missing on Friday night after the owner parked it in front of a coffee shop at 8am.
Poge said the suspect, if found and convicted, could be jailed for not less than a year and not exceeding seven years and a fine.
