LIMBANG: A 48-year-old man was found safe but in a weak condition after he went missing on Monday at Kuala Sibukang here.

The missing man (left) was found safe but weak yesterday.

Fire and Rescue Services Department (Bomba) Senior Assistant Fire Superintendent Tawang Lingem reported that a search and rescue (SAR) operation started at 7am yesterday.

The man was found on land safe but in a weak condition around 7.40am. He was later handed over to the hospital authority for their further actions.

The operation led by Tawang and six firefighters included 20 local villagers within a two-kilometre search radius which covered the water and land where the victim was suspected to have gone missing.
