MUKAH: Mohamad Nurfitri Jaidil has been selected as the protem head of the Youth Wing of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) in the Balingian State Legislative Assembly (DUN).
This decision was made during the establishment of the protem Youth Wing 1828 Balingian Branch, which included the participation of active youth from various clubs and organisations in the area.
Che Ghazali Arbi, the special officer to the Balingian assemblyman, highlighted the significance of collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve the youth agenda.
“I hope the sharing of information and experiences within the organisation will attract more youth to serve the community.
“We also want the youth to contribute ideas across various domains, including development and programmes aligned with the Sarawak Maju 2030 initiative.”
Ghazali expressed his hope that young voters, who are as young as 18 years old, possess the skills and political maturity to safeguard Sarawak’s future.
The protem establishment ceremony of the Balingian PBB Youth Wing saw the presence of, among others, the coordinator of the protem establishment of the 1828 Youth Wing of Balingian PBB, Hafizzul Abdul Halim, as well as Ardyman Matan, the head of PBB Youth for the Balingian Branch, and deputy Aidil Mohamad.
