MIRI: A man in his 20s turned aggressive after his demand for cash was refused by his parents.
According to sources, the man went berserk, smashing items at their home in Piasau Jaya on Tuesday night.
However, no injuries were reported in the 8.40pm incident.
The same sources said it was not the first time that the man behaved like that.
A police report was lodged against the young man by his terrified mother the day after the incident.
The sources said the mother was also worried for their
safety and the safety of neighbours after she noticed an iron rod inside her son’s room.
She told police she was worried that her son might be involved in drug abuse, which might account for his wild behaviour.
