KOTA SAMARAHAN: A motorcyclist died after his bike went out of control and crashed at Lorong 28, Taman Samarindah here today.
District police chief DSP Sudirman Kram said the incident happened at 12.05pm when the victim was travelling from Taman Samarahan.
The accident occurred when the victim arrived at a curve and his motorcycle is believed to have gone out of control and crashed.
He said the victim identified as Mohammed Hazry Sedem @ Mohd Zakaria, 32, suffered head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Sudirman said the body was taken to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) for further actions.
The case is being investigated under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
