ASAJAYA: The Batang Sadong MP is committed to ensuring efforts of the state government in providing residential comfort to the residents, especially in rural areas, are implemented smoothly.
Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri gave this assurance when she visited the site of a house being repaired at Kampung Semera Masjid and Kampung Semera Hilir today.
According to her, when households are in a comfortable and safe environment, the members are motivated to improve themselves to be more developed.
Besides providing employment to those in the construction sector in the villages and surrounding areas, such housing projects will also revive economic activities in rural areas.
“For this, I will try to go to the field often to see for myself the progress of home repairs under Batang Sadong,” she vowed.
