KUCHING: Demak Laut Industrial community can now utilise Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) Sarawak’s office facilities.
According to the statement by the MPC, this initiative is dedicated to maximising the use of its government assets and significantly benefit the local area by optimising public asset used.
It stated that the facilities offered include seminar and training rooms, meeting rooms, a multipurpose hall, and a badminton court.
“These spaces are equipped with the latest technology and modern amenities to ensure comfort and efficient use by the community.
“Additional advantages of these facilities include a convenient and strategic location in the Demak Laut Industrial Area, top-notch basic amenities, cost-effective rental rates, and encouragement of community engagement through well-equipped spaces for meetings and events,” it added.
Commenting on the initiative, MPC Sarawak director Mazlina Shafi’i emphasised its importance, saying: “Opening these facilities to the local community and industries in Demak Laut not only boosts productivity by fully utilising government assets but also supports various community activities.
