MUKAH: Mukah Hospital Visitors Board is functioning as usual although there has been a change of government from Pakatan Harapan (PH) to the new Perikatan Nasional (PN) plus Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) (PN-Plus GPS).
This was clarified by chairman Mohd Arwin Abdullah, who is leading the 10-member board.
“For board member information, your appointment is done through the Ministry of Health and not through political means.
“Any dissolution or appointment is based on a letter issued by the ministry.
“In short, you are members of the board until the date of appointment expires,” he said in his message informing members, and also New Sarawak Tribune through WhatsApp yesterday.
