MORECAMBE (Lancashire): A mother-of-21 has revealed her hectic daily routine – which includes nine loads of washing everyday. Sue and Noel Radford welcomed baby Bonnie earlier this month, adding to their huge brood in Morecambe, Lancashire. The couple, who live in a 10 bedroom converted care home bought for £240,000, said the entire family was smitten with the new arrival after Sue endured a 12- minute labour.
Now, the 43-year-old mum has opened up about how she manages the day-to-day chores when it comes to caring for such a large family. The fami ly go through a staggering nine washing loads every day, and 30 bottles of washing up liquid a month. They also use four toilet rolls every day, reports The Sun. Feeding the fami ly on around £300 a week, Sue revealed how they usually eat large pasta or stew dishes – using meat from their local butcher and beg from the greengrocer. Sue said: “For us the kitchen is the heart of our home and the kids just love to be involved with the cooking side of it.
“If we had to cook three or four different meals, it would be absolute chaos.” Speaking about the endless washing the parents are faced with, Sue said putting it away was the worst part of her laundry routine. She said: “Definitely when you have a lot of children you have a lot of washing and putting it all way – I do not like putting it all away.” While the parents might struggle to get a minute to themselves sometimes, Sue said always having children around is actually the best part of having such a large family. Sue added: “The best thing about having a big family is you are never lonely and the kids are never lonely.” When it comes to ferrying their children around, Noel dr ives a minibus – which allows him to use bus lanes because it carries more than nine passengers.
