KUCHING: Registration of the Covid-19 vaccine is now available on all devices running on iOS, Android and Huawei’s operating system through the MySejahtera mobile application.

The MySejahtera mobile application has been updated with an additional option to allow users to register for the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.

The latest update started today after Malaysia received its first batch of the vaccine last Sunday.

Minister of Local Government and Housing Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian said the public could now register to get the vaccine under the national Covid-19 Immunisation Programme.

“To register, you just need to update the Mysejahtera application on your mobile phones,” he said in a Facebook post today.

Dr Sim said the registration process was very simple and easy. A user just needs to click the ‘Covid-19 Vaccination’ on the app and key in details such as names, identity card (IC) number and phone number.

Meanwhile, Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) chairman Clarence Ting also shared on his Facebook post that he had already registered for the vaccine on his MySejahtera.
