KUCHING: NAIM Holdings Berhad has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Sarawakian company to secure multiple accolades at the 23rd Malaysia-International HR Awards hosted by the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
The event, held on Dec 8 at Dorsett Grand Subang, Selangor, witnessed NAIM securing the Young HR Talent Award presented to Terrance Wong Kui Fatt, the HR Leader Award to Elise Loh, the HR Best Practices Award, and the Special Award for Diversity and Inclusivity.
NAIM human capital management senior manager Neeta Syairul Amelia expressed pride in the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity, as highlighted by the special award.
“Our initiatives in creating an inclusive culture and diverse workforce demonstrate our dedication to embrace and celebrate differences,” she said in a statement today.
Meanwhile, NAIM chief people officer Elise Loh said their success goes beyond HR practices, serving as a testament to their commitment to shape a workplace that mirrors the ideals of Sarawak’s Post-Covid Development Strategy in human capital development.
